30例小脑血管母细胞瘤的病理分析

Pathological Analysis of 30 Cases of Cerebellum Hemangioblastoma

本文报道了30例小脑血管母细胞瘤。20例用抗Ⅷ因子及溶菌酶血清作免疫组化染色。瘤多囊性与小脑分界清楚,囊壁由肿瘤及脑组织共同组成。瘤由不同成熟度的内皮细胞、周细胞及间质细胞形成。间质细胞吞噬脂质呈泡沫样,溶菌酶阴性说明不是单核巨噬细胞系统成分。瘤为良性不转移、不浸润生长,手术切除不全者,12年后复发仍无润浸生长,不表现异型性。

This Peper presents 30 cases of cerebellum hemangioblastoma.Immunohistological stainings for factor Ⅷ and lysozyme were used in 29 cases. The tumor was Polycystic and could easily be distinguished from the normal tissue of cerebellum, the cyst wall was made up of tumor and brain tissue. The tumor was composed of the endothelial cells, pericytes and stromal cells.The stromal cells which phago-cyticd lipide appeared as foam cells, stain for lysozyme was negative, indicating that these cells were not originated from mononuclear phagocyte system. Mass recurreced 12 years after incomplete operation showed no invasion and atvpism.
