肝炎患者TTV的检测及意义

Significance of TT virus detection in patients with viral hepatitis

目的 了解肝炎患者输血传播病毒 (TTV)感染情况 ,探讨其可能的致病作用。方法 采用套式PCR方法检测 2 5例肝炎患者TTVDNA ,对其中 3例进行测序分析。结果 2 5例各型肝炎中 ,1 2例TTVDNA阳性 ,而 1 8例非甲～庚型肝炎中 8例阳性 ,血清ALT水平均有不同程度升高 ,序列分析与日本株有很高同源性。结论 证实西安地区也存在TTV感染 ,TT病毒可能有一定肝损伤作用 ,TT病毒还可与HBV、HCV重叠感染 ,但似不加重病情。

Objective To know the infection of TT virus(TTV) in patients with viral hepatitis, and to investigate the pathogenic effect of TTV in patients with non A to G hepatitis. Methods The sera, which were collected from 25 patients with viral hepatitis, were detected for TTV DNA by n PCR using specific primers. The PCR products were cloned and sequenced. Results Among 25 patients, 12 were TTV DNA positive. TTV DNA were detected in the sera form 8 of 18 patients with non A to G hepatitis and their sera ALT levels were elevated. Sequence analysis indicated that there were high homology with Japanese strain. Conclusion TTV infection exists in Xi'an area and TTV may have some pathogenic effects. There is coinfection or superinfection of TTV and HBV or HCV without acceleration of the disease which dose not make the patients condition worsened.
