膀胱移行细胞癌多药耐药蛋白P-gp170的表达及意义

Expression of multidrug resistance protein P-gp170 in bladder cancer

目的 研究膀胱移行细胞癌的多药耐药性。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 80例膀胱移行细胞癌和 2 0例正常膀胱粘膜组织中P gp1 70的表达。结果 80例膀胱移行细胞癌组织P gp1 70的表达阳性率为 42 % ,明显高于正常膀胱粘膜组织 ;化疗后复发肿瘤P gp1 70阳性表达率明显高于初发肿瘤。结论 P gp1 70介导的多药耐药是膀胱癌腔内灌注化疗失败的重要原因。

Objective To elucidate the multidrug resistance(MDR) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of P gp170 in 80 bladder transitional cell carcinoma specimens and 20 normal bladder samples was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The results showed that the total positive rate of P gp170 protein in 80 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 42%,higher than those in normal bladder samples;Recurrent bladder cancer treated by chemotherapy was more likely expression than primary tumor.Conclusion The P gp170 mediated MDR may be an important cause of relapsing of bladder cancer which is treated by intracavitary perfusing chemotherapy.
