冠心病患者红细胞膜唾液酸含量测定

Determination of Erythrocyte Membrane Sialic Acid in the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

本文对28例冠心病患者红细胞膜唾液酸含量进行了测定,并与16例健康人进行了对比。结果表明,冠心病患者红细胞膜唾液酸含量为29.86±1.42,而健康对照人群则为32.99±1.57。冠心病患者红细胞膜唾液酸含量明显低于健康对照人群(P<0.01)。此外,本文还就红细胞膜唾液酸测定的几项方法学指标进行了探计。

This paper reports the results of determination of the contents of the erythrocyte membrane sialic acid in the patients with coronary heart disease and health persons,The results showed that the contents of erythrocyte membrane sialic acid were 29.86±1.42 in the patients with coronary heart disease and 32.99±1.57 in the health persons. The contents of erythrocyte membrane sialic acid in the patients with coronary heart disease were significantly lower than that of the normals(P<0.01).
