酪、丝、苏氨基酸对催产素促黄体细胞孕酮生成作用的影响 被引量:1

摘要 实验研究了催产素(Oxytocin,OXT)对PMSG-hCG顺序处理的未成年大鼠离体黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响。结果表明,10mIU,100mIu,1000mIu的催产素对黄体细胞孕酮分泌均有促进作用,以100mIU时作用最强。0.2mmol/L丝氨酸或酪氨酸可抑制催产素所引起的孕酮分泌,以酪氨酸的作用较强;0.2mmol/L苏氨酸对黄体细胞孕酮分泌无影响。 The effect of oxytocin on progesterone production by incubated corpus luteal cells in the rats treated with PMSG-hCG was studied . The results showed that oxytocin (10mIU, 100mIU, 1000mIU) stimulated the secretion of progesterone. Tyrosine or serine decreased the secretion of progesterone by corpus lutear cells induced by 100mIU oxytocin. Thrconinc had no effect . This experiment suggested that oxytocin exerted stimulating effect on progesterone production by the isolated corpus lutcal cells, and its effect could be antagonized by tyrosine or serine .
