摘要 目的 :探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)与膀胱移行细胞癌的关系。方法 :利用免疫组织化学S_P法检测 117例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中HCG的表达水平。结果 :37 6 %的膀胱癌有HCG的高表达 ,浸润性强者高于浸润性弱者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,复发者高于非复发者 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :HCG与膀胱移行细胞癌的分化、浸润和复发有一定关系 。 Objective:To investigate the relation between human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and transitional_cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used in detecting the expression of HCG in 117 cases of transitiona-cell carcinoma of bladder.Results:The expression of HCG in bladder carcinoma was 37 6%,and the expression in invasive carcinoma was higher than in superficial ones( P <0 05).The expression was higher in patients of recurrence than in non_recurrence ones( P <0 01).Conclusion:HCG is related to the invasion and recurrence of bladder carcinoma.Detection of the expression of HCG may be helpful in evaluation for prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
