摘要
目的 :用日本SysmexUF_10 0尿沉渣分析仪检测病理性管型的灵敏度、准确性及其影响因素。方法 :随机收集 6 0 0份住院病人的晨尿标本 9mL ,先置于UF_10 0分析仪自动进样模式检测 ,然后离心取沉淀 ,于Olympus镜检查。两种方法进行比较 ,以尿液离心后显微镜检查的结果为基准。结果 :沉渣分析仪检测病理管型与显微镜检查不符合的数量较多 ,占总标本的 6 5 % ,占分析仪阳性标本数的 36 5 % ,还有少量 (0 3% )样品漏检。结论 :尿液分析仪可以作为过筛检查用 ,对病理管型阳性者仍需用显微镜复验。
Objective:To investigate the sensitivity,accuracy and influencing factors of Sysmex UF_100 Urinary Sediment Analysis Instrument for pathocast.Methods:The urine specimens(9mL/per specimen)of 600 in_patients were collected.First,every samples were examined by Sysmex UF_100,then the urine samples were centrifugated and the urinary sediments were examined with Olympus microscope.The examination results of analysis instrument were compared to those of the microscope,and the results of microscopic examination were considered as the criterion.Results:The rate of pseudo_positive was too high,6 5% in total specimen and 36 5% in positive samples of Sysmex UF_100.Besides there was a small number of leaving_out(0 3%)by analysis instrument.Conclusion:Sysmex UF_100 examination may act as a test of screening,and the positive samples need to be re_examined by microscope.
