精神分裂症社会支持与康复疗效分析

Analysis of Social Support and Therapeutic Effect for Schizophrenia

目的 :了解慢性精神分裂症的社会支持以及对社区康复疗效的影响。方法 :采用SSRS、BPRS、SDSS、SANS等量表 ,分析社区 12 0例精神分裂症患者的社会支持、社会功能情况 ,并通过 2年社区康复治疗 ,评定疗效。结果 :中度以上精神残疾患者社会支持明显低于轻度精神残疾患者 ,农村精神分裂症患者社会支持明显低于城市患者 (P <0 0 5 ) ;通过 2年的社区康复治疗后 ,BPRS、SDSS、SANS等量表总分明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :社会支持程度与精神分裂症病情程度呈明显的负相关 ,提高社会支持对社区防治康复有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate social support and social function and the influence on community rehabilitation in chronic schizophrenia.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who met CCMD_2_R for schizophrenia were in the study(BPRS>40 score).All patients were assessed with BPRS,SSRS,SDSS,SANS and treated by community rehabilitation.Results:Social support for patients with moderate and severe social function deficiency was lower than that with mild social function deficiency and it was lower in countryside than in city( P <0 05);BPRS,SDSS,SANS scores decreased obviously after 2 years treatment in community rehabilitation( P <0 01).Conclusion:The results showed negative significant different between severe degree and social support in schizophrenia.Social support plays an important role in community rehabilitation in schizophrenia.
