上尿路梗阻性无尿的原因及处理

Causes analysis and treatment of obstructive anuria of upper urinary tract

目的 :提高上尿路梗阻性无尿的认识和诊治水平。方法 :回顾分析 45例上尿路梗阻性无尿的梗阻原因和治疗方法。结果 :肾功能恢复正常者 34例 ,术后 3个月仍有氮质血症 9例。结论 :上尿路梗阻性无尿以结石梗阻为主 ,占 77.8%。膀胱镜下输尿管插管 ,置入双 J管内支架引流及手术是解除梗阻的主要方法。

Purpose:To improve the understanding of obstructive anuria of upper urinary tract(OAUUT) and upgrade the diagnosis and treatment level.Methods:Causes and treatments of 45 cases OAUUT were reviewed.Results:34 cases obtained normal renal function and 9 cases with azotemia after three months of operation.Conclusions:The main risk factors of OAUUT is urolithiasis (Stone disease) accounting for 77.8 %. Ureter catheterization,double J tube insertion under cystoscope and operation should be the main measures to relieve obstruction.
