两种方法检测高氧化还原电位酸性水对微生物杀灭效果的比较 被引量:21

摘要 试验用高氧化还原电位酸性水(简称 EOW)的氧化还原电位为 1148~ 1165 mV, PH值为 2.08~ 2.40,含有效氯 23.37~ 54.28 mg/ L。对其杀灭微生物效果,分别用悬液与载体试验进行了检测。结果, EOW原液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞分别作用 1、 3、 60 min,杀灭率均达 100%;而对布片上者,需分别作用 10、 10、 240 min,杀灭率才达 100%。 EOW原液对含 5%小牛血清的悬液中 HBSAg作用 0.5 min,即可将 HBSAg抗原性破坏;对不锈钢表面 HBSAg作用 90 min,仍不能将其抗原性破坏。说明EOW杀灭悬液中微生物的作用时间,较杀灭载体表面者短。 The electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW for short) used in the experiment had redox potential of 1148- 1165 mV, PH value of 2.08-2.40 and available chlorine content of 23.37-54.28 mg/ L. Its germicidal efficacy was measured by suspension test and carrier test respectively. The results indicated that the killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension exposed to EOW stock solution for 1, 3 and 60 min respectively attained 100%, while 10, 10 and 240 min were required respectively for killing 100% of these bacteria on cloth strips. The EOW stock solution could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg in suspension containing 5% calf serum after contact for 0.5 min, while the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel surface could not be destroyed after exposure for 90 min. These results indicate that the contact time of EOW for killing the microorganisms in suspension is shorter than that for killing the microorganisms on carrier surface.
