次氯酸钠溶液性能的试验观察 被引量:14

摘要 对白鹭牌小型消毒水发生器电解食盐水产生的次氯酸钠溶液性能进行了试验观察。结果,对布片上大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌分别用其含有效氯250mg/L与300mg/L溶液作用7min,对布片上白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞分别用其含有效氯500mg/L与800mg/L溶液作用12min,杀灭率均为100%。用其含有效氯750 mg/ L溶液作用 20 min,可破坏不锈钢片上 HBsAg抗原性。其杀菌作用因有机物存在而减弱。其1000mg/L有效氯溶液对不锈钢、铝分别有轻度、中度腐蚀作用,对碳钢与铜均有重度腐蚀作用。该消毒剂属实际无毒。对皮肤无刺激类化合物。 The performance of sodium hypochlorite solution produced by electrolysis of table salt solution in Bailu-brand miniature water disinfector was observed experimentally. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 250 mg / L and 300 mg / L respectively for 7 min and Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg / L and 800 mg / L respectively for 12 min were 100%. The solution containing available chlorine 750 mg / L with a 20 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel coupon. Its germicidal efficacy decreased due to presence of organic substances. Its solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg / L had light and moderate corrosive effects on stainless steel and aluminum respectively and heavy corrosive effect on both carbon steel and copper. This disinfectant belongs to actually nontoxic compounds without irritation to skin.
