四环牌压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示胶带的性能检测

EXAMINATION OF PROPERTIES OF SIHUAN-BRAND AUTOCLAVING ADHESIVE TAPE CHEMICAL INDICATOR

以肉眼观察与仪器检测四环牌压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示胶带的性能。结果，该指示胶带持粘力≥５ｍｉｎ，剥离强度≥５ Ｎ／２５ ｍｍ，抗张强度≥１１０ Ｎ／２５ ｍｍ。经１２℃压力蒸汽作用２０ｍｉｎ，或１３２℃压力蒸汽作用 ３ ｍｉｎ，其由原淡黄色均变为黑色；室温（ ２０- ２５℃）下存放 １５个月，性能基本不变。

The properties of Sihuan-Brand Autoclaving Adhesive Tape chemical indicator was observed by naked eye and examined by instrument. The results showed that its adhesiveness lasted>=5 min, separation strength was >=5 N / 25 mm, strength for tension was >=110 N / 25 mm. Its color changed from original pale yellow to dark after exposure to 121℃ autoclaving for 20 min or 132℃ autoclaving for 3 min. Its properties did not change essentially after storing at room temperature (20- 25℃ ) for 15 months.
