摘要
目的 :探讨圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复重度牙周病伴牙列缺损患者咀嚼肌肌电的变化规律。 方法 :采用微机 - EMG处理系统 ,对 10例患者修复前、修复后 1个月、3个月、6个月进行咀嚼肌肌电积分值、咀嚼肌功率谱的定量分析。 结果 :重度牙周病伴牙列缺损患者的颞肌、嚼肌肌电积分值随义齿使用时间的延长逐渐提高 ;两侧颞肌、嚼肌肌电积分值在修复前差值较大 ,差别有统计学意义。义齿修复后 ,两侧颞肌、嚼肌的肌电积分值随义齿使用时间延长 ,渐趋平衡。 结论 :圆锥型套筒冠义齿能提高咀嚼肌肌力 。
Objective: To investigate the change of the masticatory muscle's electicity in the conus crown telescopic denture to restore serious periodontopathy with dentition defect. Methods: Using the computer EMG system, rating analysis of integral values of the masticatory muscle's electricity and the table of power spectrum in 10 patients with dentition defect and serious periodontopathy before prosthesis were made and also carried out after 1 month, 3 months and 6 months respectively. Results:The integral values of masseter and temporal muscles electricity rose gradually with the installed denture working on. The patient's integral values of two sides masseter and temporal muscle's electricity were apparently different before restorement. Statistical difference was obvious. After restorement, the integral values of both masseter and temporal muscle's electricity rose respectively. The masticatory action of both sides became coordinate. Conclusion: This prosthesis increases the patient's masticatory muscles force. It makes the masticatory muscles of the face to work coordinately.
