摘要
用细胞形态计量学方法统计 10例病理诊断为女性晚期乳腺单纯癌癌细胞粗面内质网、核糖体的 12个超微结构形态参数 ,并用逐步回归法进行分析得最优回归方程Y =0 2 2 2 +0 5 0 3N6- 0 0 13N7.结果 :筛选出区分正常细胞器及癌细胞器的最佳参数是游离核糖体的面密度N6和粗面内质网的比表面N7 结果表明N6。
Cell morphometry method was applied in courting and analyzing 12 ultrastruc-ture morphological parameters of the rough endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome from 10 female patients of the simple breast carcinoma in the late stage by pathological diagnosis. The best equation was set up with stepwise regression analysis was as follows: y=0 22+0 503N 6-013N 7 . Due to above equation, selecting the best parameters were the surface density of free ribosome N 6 and specific surface of rough endoplasmic reticulum N 7. They could be used to distinguish the normal cell-apparatus from carcinoma cell-apparatus. These results show that N 6 and N 7 in varying degrees could provide fixed quantity basis for the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
