摘要
本实验结果表明,乙酰胆碱或新斯的明能使肠段生物电慢波上的锋波振幅增大、数目增多,其收缩幅度随之增大,两者呈正变关系。而肾上腺素或阿托品则使肠段生物电锋波振幅降低、数目减少,其收缩幅度也随之降低,呈负变关系。上述结果证明,肠段的生物电锋波发生在前,机械收缩产生在后,小肠平滑肌的收缩具有动作电位的依赖性。
This experimental result revealed that acetylcholine or neostigmine could increase the amplitude and the number of the spike potential followed by the increase of the amplitude of contraction of the duodenum, showing a positive correlatoin. Adrenaline or atropine, in the contrary, reduced the amplitude and the number of the spike potential of the duodenum, followed by a decrease in the amplitude of the duodenal contraction, showing a negative correlation. The results indicate that the spike potentials of the duodenum occur prior to mechanical contraction. The contraction of the rabbit duodenum smooth muscle is dependent on the action potential.
