牛肾小血管匀浆粗提物致家兔血管损伤的实验研究——Ⅰ.抗体及免疫荧光反应

摘要 以牛肾小血管匀浆粗提物免疫家兔诱发Ⅱ型变态反应。血中抗体效价随免疫次数增加而上升。在抗体量少时环状试验易于检出;抗体价高时,适用琼脂双扩散技术。抗体价呈正态分布曲线,8周末为峰顶以后逐渐下降。早期活检肾的细动脉及小球呈明显荧光,较大口径小动脉呈一般荧光,大血管阴性。其它脏器细动脉荧光随时间增加而减弱。 Type Ⅱ allergic reaction was induced through immunizing rabbits with coarse homogenate extract from small vessels of bovine kidneys. The antibody titers in blood rose with the increase of the immunization times. Ring test was sensitive to small quantity of antibody, while agar double diffusion technique was applicable to high antibody titer. The titers of antibody showed normal distribution, which reached its peak by the end of the 8th week and declined afterwards. At the early stage, the renal biopsy showed strong fluorescence in the arterioles and the glomeruli and medium fluorescence in the small arteries, but the large blood vessels were negative. The fluorescence of the arterioles in the other organs became weaker with the lapse of time.
