离体组织皮肤切取技术的临床应用

Technique for taking skin graft from exsomatized tissue

目的 :观察离体组织皮肤切取技术的临床应用。方法 :以侧胸腹部为供区设计切口线 ,切取离体组织 ,反鼓切取中厚皮片。结果 :以胸腹部为供区反鼓切取皮片修复缺损创面 36 1例 ,病变组织切除皮片回植 90例 ,均得到较理想的临床效果。结论 :采用此项技术切取离体皮肤 ,节省皮源 ,操作简便 ,不需特殊设备 。

Objective:To discuss the technique for harvesting skin graft from exsomatized tissue.Methods:The lateral thoracicoabdominal region was designed as donor site for exsomatized tissue,then the exsomatized tissue block was placed inside outwards on the dermatome to harvest split thickness skin graft.Results:Three hundred sixty one cases whose defects resulted from scar resection and soft tissue lesions(hemangioma,nevus and so on) removal were repaired with this technique.The clinical results were satisfactory.Conclusions:This technique economizes skin resources and does not need special instruments.It is easy to manipulate and grasp.
