小儿尿道狭窄的治疗

Treatment of children's urethral stricture

目的 :探讨小儿尿道狭窄的治疗方法。方法 :10例行尿道成形术 ,6例行尿道扩张术后留置导尿管 ,4例行尿道会师术。结果 :6例术后排尿正常 ,均为行尿道成形术者 ,8例出院后尿道扩张 2～ 3个月后排尿正常 ,4例需定期行尿道扩张。结论

Objective:To investigate the treatment of children's urethral stricture.Methods:Urethroplasty was applied to 10 patients,indwelling catheter after dilatation of urethra to 6 patients and interlocking sound urethroplasty to 4 patients.Results:Six patients who underwent urethroplasty had normal urination, 8 patients who underwent dilatation of urethra had normal urination 2 to 3 months later,and 4 patients needed regular dilatation.Conclusions:Urethroplasty is an effective procedure for treatment of children's urethral stricture .
