腕掌侧开放性损伤67例临床分析

Open Palmar Injuries of the Wrist: Clinical Analysis of 67 Cases

腕掌侧面从皮肤到桡、尺骨骨面,全部或大部分软组织损伤,是一种较为严重而又常见的手外伤。如处理不当,重者可丧失肢体,甚至危及生命。本文报道此类损伤67例临床资料,并提出将该种损伤命名为腕掌侧完全性开放性损伤。文章还就血管吻合、手的功能恢复、感染及创面处理等问题进行了讨论。

This article reports the clinical data of 67 cases of open palmar injuries of the wrist, involving all or most of the essential structures from the skin to the radial and ulnar surfaces. Problems of vascular anastomosis restoration of hand function,and management of infection and wound surface are discussed. Such injuries as described in the article, in our opinion, may be termed open Complete or nearly complete injury of palmar soft tissues of the wrist.
