乙酸灌注兔肝门静脉分支后兔肝组织超声改变的实验研究

Experimental study on ultrasonic changes of rabbit liver after infusing acetic acid into branches of portal veins

观察乙酸灌注兔肝门静脉分支后兔肝组织的二维超声、彩色多普勒、脉冲多普勒变化。选 19只兔 ,分 5组 ,剖腹后经门静脉右外支注入 5 0 %乙酸 (按公斤体重 ) ,行彩色多普勒和脉冲多普勒检测 ,发现灌注区门静脉无血流信号或有极少的血流信号 ,伴行的肝动脉血流速度明显降低甚至未能测到。

To observe the changes of rabbit hepatic tissues in two dimensioned ultrasound,color Doppler,pulse Doppler after infusing acetic acid into the branches of portal veins,19 rabbits were divided into 5 groups acetic acid was infused respectively into the branches of portal veins The results showed that after acetic acid was infused into the branches of portal veins,there were no blood signals or there was only low velocity blood flow which could be detected in the portal veins and the parallelled hepatic arteries in the infused areas It suggests that infusing acetic acid into the branches of portal veins can decrease or stop the blood supply of hepatic tissues by both portal veins and the parallelled hepatic arteries
