高热碘化油混悬剂肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效评价

The effective evaluation of the hyperthermia iodized oil suspension of hepatic artery thermochemoembolization in the treament of middle and late stage hepatic carcinoma

将碘化油 -顺铂混悬剂加热至 110°～ 12 0℃ ,行肝动脉栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌 46例 ,与非加热碘化油混悬剂的治疗效果进行对照。结果发现 ,高热碘化油可同时栓塞肝动脉及肿瘤周围门静脉分支 ,肿瘤缩小率及患者生存期优于对照组。认为高热碘化油 -顺铂混悬剂是一种治疗中晚期肝癌安全方便。

cases with hepatic carcinoma in the middle and late stage were treated with hepatic artery embolization using heated iodized oil CDDP suspension(110～120℃)and compared with that of using no heated iodized oil suspension The results showed that the hyperthermia iodized oil embolized the hepatic arteries and the small branches of portal veins around the tumors as well The rate of tumor regression and survival of the patients were increased compared with no heated iodized oil suspension group These suggested that thermochemoenb olization with hyperthermia iodized oil CDDP suspension was a safe easy and useful palliating measure for treatment of hepatic carcinoma in the middle and late stage
