P^(16)蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 采用免疫组化 L SAB法检测 P1 6蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中表达。结果显示 :P1 6蛋白染色强度的分布在各级胶质瘤间存在显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 2 5 ) ,星形细胞起源的胶质瘤与室管膜细胞起源的胶质瘤 P1 6蛋白阳性率分别为42 .9%和 10 0 % ,二者存在显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;临床分期 、 期间亦存在显著差异。认为 P1 6蛋白表达随胶质瘤恶性程度升高而降低 ,检测 P1 6蛋白表达有助于判断胶质瘤的预后 。 To observe the expression of P 16 protein in human gliomas,the anti P 16 polyclonal antibody was applied to detect the expression of P 16 protein in glioma cells by immunohistochemical method The results showed that P 16 protein was detected in plastic region of tumor cell The frequency of positive expression of P 16 protein in astrocytogenic gliomas and ependymogenic gliomas was 42 9% and 100% respectively The difference was significance(P<0 025)in statistic The distribution of positive expression rate of P 16 protein was different in different grade of gliomas The differences were significant(P<0 05) This suggested that as the malignant degree of glioma was raising, the expression rate of P 16 protein in gliomas was decreasing The deletions of P 16 protein expression,e g the P 16 gene homozygous deletions play an important role in malignant transformation of gliomas The clinical results could be predicted by different expression levels of P 16
