Congenital Hepaticocyst in Children

先天性肝囊肿是肝内良性占位性病变,病程缓慢。本文报告经手术及病理检查证实的12例小儿先天性肝囊肿。文中对本病的诊断及治疗进行了讨论。

Congenital hepaticocyst in children is rare. This paper reports 12 cases, There are 8 males and 4 females with ages ranging from 6 months to 12 years. Of them, 8 cases are solitary hepaticocyst and 4 cases multiple hepaticocyst. Preoperative clinical diagnosis of the disease is not difficult. The selection of the appropriate surgical management dependents upon the location, number, size and complication of the cyst. Surgical treatment was performed in all the cases. 11 eases had a good postoperative result, only one girl with multiple hepaticocyst and nephroeyst died of respiratory failure.
