Stasis-Melting and Qi-Regulating Therapy for Intractable Constipation——On CHENG Huanzhang's Clinical Experience

介绍程焕章治疗顽固性便秘的经验。认为顽固性便秘因迁延难愈 ,多为久病兼瘀。大肠传导功能与肺之宣肃功能密切相关 ,腑病治脏 ,当采用活血化瘀、宣肺调气法 ,方用桃红四物汤合枳桔汤加减临床疗效较好 ,并举病例佐证。

This paper presents CHENG Huan zhangs experience in treating intractable constipation.It was believed that intractable constipation was always lingered and accompanied by blood stasis;large intestine failing to transport is related to lungs dysfunction.Thus blood activating to melt stasis and lung releasing to regulate qi therapy were employed and corresponding formula was prepared.Clinical examples were additionally listed to prove them.
