摘要
目的 检测感染弓形虫对大鼠脑 5种微量元素 (Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Zn+ + 、Ca+ + 、Mg+ + )的影响。方法 2 0只大鼠随机均分为正常组和感染组。每只大鼠经腹腔注入 2ml含 1 5× 10 6弓形虫速殖子的生理盐水悬液 ,6 4d后将 2组大鼠处死 ,取脑组织 ,用原子吸收分光光度仪测定其微量元素的变化。结果 与正常组相比较 ,感染组脑组织Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Mg+ + 含量明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ;Ca+ + 增加 (P <0 0 1) ;Zn+ + 无明显变化。结论 弓形虫感染能引起大鼠脑组织微量元素的改变。
Aim To study the leval of five trace elements(Fe ++、Cu ++、Zn ++、Ca ++、Mg ++)in the brain of the rats infected with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii).Method 20 rats were randomly and equally divided into two grups:normal group and experimental group.On the 64th day after injection of T.gondii,all of the rats were killed and the atomic absorption method were used.Results Compared with the normal group,the level of Fe ++、Cu ++、Mg ++in experimental group was significantly reduced(P<001).The amount of Ga ++ of sick rats were higher than that of the normal (P<005)No difference on the content of Zn between the experimental and control group.Conclusion T.gondii might play a role in the change of trace element against brain in rats.
