眼铁质沉着症(附21例报告)

Ocular siderosis report of 21 cases.

目的 探讨眼铁质沉着症的临床特点及手术效果。方法 对 2 1例 2 1眼眼铁质沉着症行X线眼内异物定位检查 ,其中 18眼手术摘出异物 ,4例行后房型人工晶状体植入。结果 2例术后视力≥ 0 5 ,2例≥ 0 1,其余 14眼视力均无明显改善。结论 眼铁质沉着症对视功能损害严重 ,术后视力改善不理想。为避免眼铁质沉着症的发生 ,一旦发现眼内铁质异物 。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and postoperative results of ocular siderosis. Methods 21 eyes of 21 patients with ocular siderosis underwent the X ray localization of intraocular foreign bodies (IOFB) and IOFBs were removed in 18 of 21 eyes and PC IOL was implanted in 4 eyes. Results Postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 2 of 18 eyes and 0.1 or better in 2 eyes and there was not improvement in 14 of 18 eyes compared with the preoperative vision. Conclusions Ocular siderosis has a severe damage to visual functions and visual improvement is not satisfactory after operation. To avoid the occurrence of ocular siderosis, ferrous IOFBs should be removed as soon as they are discovered.
