玻璃体切除术治疗复杂性眼内异物

Vitrectomy for penetrating ocular injuries with retained intraocular foreign bodies.

目的 评价玻璃体切除术治疗眼内异物伤的效果及相关因素。方法 回顾性分析 1996年 4月～ 1999年 10月间经玻璃体手术治疗的复杂性眼内异物 45例 (48眼 )的临床资料。结果 玻璃体手术后 ,47眼成功地摘出异物 ,成功率为97 9%。术后视力提高 33眼 (6 8 8% ) ,不变 10眼 (2 0 8% ) ,下降 5眼 (10 4% )。视力 >0 0 2 34眼 (70 8% ) ,其中视力≥ 0 1者9眼 ,最佳矫正视力 0 8。术后 14眼视网膜脱离复位 (77 7% )。结论 玻璃体手术治疗可有效地摘出复杂性眼内异物 ,提高术后视力 。

Objective To evaluate the effects and its relative factor of vitrectomy for ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies(IOFBs).Methods Clinical records of 45 cases (48 eyes) of penetrating ocular injuries with IOFBs treated with vitreous surgery in a period from April 1996 to October 1999 were analysed retrospectively.Results The IOFBs of 47 eyes were extracted successfully (97.9%).Visual acuity improved in 33 eyes (68.8%),no changed in 10eyes (20.8%) and decreased in 5 eyes (10.4%).Visual acuity was 0.02 or better in 34 eyes (70.8%),0.1 or better (up to 0.8) in 9 eyes (18.8%).The retinal detachment was reattached in 14 eyes(77.7%).Conclusions Vitrectomy is favorable for the extraction of IOFBs,the increase of postoperative vision and the management of complications.
