儿童眼球摘除300例临床分析

Clinical and pathological analysis of 300 cases of enucleation of globe in children.

目的 分析儿童眼球摘除的原因。方法 对我院自 195 8年 8月至 1999年 8月 30 0例因患各种眼病而摘除的儿童眼球标本采用火棉胶连续切片 ,HE染色 ,光学显微镜下观察。结果 儿童眼球摘除的原因有 11种 ,各年龄组有所不同 :5岁以下婴幼儿以Rb最常见 ;6～ 10岁以下儿童以角巩膜葡萄肿最多见 ,其次是眼球穿孔伤和Coats病 ;11～ 14岁以下的儿童则以先天性或继发性青光眼最常见 ,其次为眼球萎缩。结论 应根据儿童眼病的特点 ,积极开展儿童眼外伤的防治和眼病普查 ,力争早期发现 。

Objective To analyse the causes of enucleation of globe in children.Methods Using celloidin continuing sections of 300 children’s globe of enucleation resulting all kinds of eye diseases from 1958.8～1999.8.HE staining and observation under microscope.Results The causes enucleation are 11 categories.They are different in different age groups.The retinoblastoma is the most common under age of 5,the corneal and scleral staphyloma is the most common between the age of 6 and 10,then the penetrating injury of the globe and Coat,s disease.The congenital or secondary glaucoma is the most common unde between the age of 11 and 14 years old,then the atrophy of eye.Conclusion According to the characterization of eye diseases in children,It should be noticed to the treatment of eye injury and survey of eye diseases in children in order to early finding and early treatment.
