外伤性白内障摘出玻璃体切除人工晶状体植入联合手术

Combined surgery of vitrectomy lensectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for complicated eye injury.

目的 观察白内障摘出玻璃体切除人工晶状体植入三联及多联手术的临床疗效 ,评估其手术的可行性。方法 对眼球穿孔伤或眼挫伤造成不同程度眼前后段损伤 2 4眼 (6眼伴有玻璃体内异物 ) ,老年性白内障术中部分晶状体核落于玻璃体腔内 3眼进行上述联合手术治疗 ,术后平均随访 6月。结果 2 7眼中 2 5眼视力得到了提高 ,最好矫正视力≥ 0 5者 9眼占 33 % ,>0 0 5者 2 3眼占 85 % ,眼后段损伤程度与术后视力密切相关。结论 针对复杂性眼外伤一次完成白内障摘出、玻璃体切除人工晶状体植入联合手术是切实可行的。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined triple/multi surgery of vitrectomy lensectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation,and evaluate feasibility of the combined surgery.Methods 27 eyes of 27 cases were performed combined surgery,It included 24 cases of traumatic posterior segment and 3 cases of fragments of lens nuclear into vitreous cavity in senile cataract surgery,After follow up for mean 6 months.Results Visual acuities of 25 cases were improved,9 eyes(33%) had a visual acuity of at least 0.5;23 eyes(85%),at least 0.05.There was relationship between the injury degree of posterior segment and postoperative corrected visual acuity.Conclusion The results suggested that the combined surgery is feasible.To choose indication strictly and manipulate skillfully in operation of anterior and posterior segment is key point for the combined surgery.
