外伤性白内障手术方法探讨

A study of surgical technique of traumatic cataract.

目的 探讨外伤性白内障超声乳化摘出或联合人工晶状体植入术的手术技巧 ,总结外伤性白内障术中、术后并发症及其注意事项。方法 对 44例 (44眼 )外伤性白内障进行超声乳化摘出 ,对其中的 37例联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访 5月～ 3年。结果 随访裸眼和矫正视力≥ 0 5者分别为 38 8%、5 2 8%。本组术后并发症主要为角膜水肿、膜性渗出、瞳孔夹持、人工晶状体移位、后发性白内障、瞳孔粘连等。结论 外伤性白内障可以安全而有效地施行超声乳化摘出术 。

Objective To study surgical technique of traumatic cataract phacoemulsification or combining intraocular lens implantation,to summarize traumatic cataract intraoperative and postoperative complications and points for attention.Methods 44 eyes of 44 cases traumatic cataracts were operated phacoemulsification extraction,37 cases were operated phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Results 5 months～3 years after operation,the naked visions and corrected visions≥0 5 were 38.8% and 52.8% respectively.The major complications of this group were corneal oedema,membraniform effusion,pupillary restriction,intraocular lens displacement,after cataract and pupillary synechia ect.Conclusion The traumatic cataracts can be safely and effectively operated with phacoemulsification and the most can be combined intraoculer lens implantation
