连续环形撕囊350例分析

The analysis of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis on 350 cases.

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术中连续环形撕囊的直径大小、失败原因及注意事项。方法 35 0例白内障超声乳化术中 ,采用截囊针撕囊。结果 撕囊成功 310例占 88 9%。结论 要提高连续环形撕囊的成功率 ,必须使用功能良好的手术显微镜 ,注意保护角膜内皮的功能 ,使用高质量的粘弹剂保持前房深度 ,正确调整撕囊方向及控制撕囊速度。撕囊起点应靠近囊中央 ,撕囊直径以 5～

Objective To study the capsulorhexis size,the causes of detail cases and attention points of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis (CCC) in cataract phacoemulsificotion.Methods 350 cases with senile cataract were underwent CCC and phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation. Result CCC was successffully completed in 310 eyes (88.9%). Conclusion In order to improve the successful rate of CCC,we must use the superior operating microscope,use the viscoelastic to keep a deep chamber,protect the function of coneal epithelium and endothelial cells,adjust a correct direction of the tearing force and control the speed of the manoeuvre.The beginning of tearing capsule shoud be closed to the center of interior capsule and the capsulorhexis size should be in 5～6 mm.
