玻璃体切除人工晶状体植入术治疗晶状体脱位

Management of the dislocated lenses with vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation.

目的 评价玻璃体切除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗晶状体脱位的效果。方法 对各种原因所致的晶状体半脱位或全脱位 2 8例 (32眼 )进行玻璃体切除 ,同时植入人工晶状体。统计术后视力并进行随访观察。结果 术后视力增进 30眼(93 8% ) ,不变 2眼 (6 2 % ) ,术后随访 1至 19月 ,严重并发症少。结论 玻璃体切除联合人工晶状体植入治疗晶状体脱位术后视力恢复快 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitrectomy with intraocular lens implantation in the cases of dislocation of the lens.Method 28 patients(32 eyes)with dislocation of the lens(including subluxated lenses) were treated with vitrectomy combined intraocular lens implantation simultaneously in each case.Add up the postoperative view acuity and conduct follow up observation.Results After operation,the visual acuity was improved in 30 eyes(93.8%) and unchanged in 2 eyes(6.2%).After a follow up period of 1～19 months,there were rarely serious complications.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with introcular lens implantation in dislocation of the lens can shorten the period of visual rehabilitation.It is a safe and effective method.
