目的 探讨泪道探通治疗先天性泪囊炎的适宜年龄。方法 812例 (990眼 )年龄 2月～ 12岁的先天性泪囊炎分为 11个年龄组 ,分别对每两组探通结果进行统计分析。结果 1岁以上与 1岁以下在探通的无效率上差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 ) ;8月、10月两组在 3次探通成功率上与其它各组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;8月、9月、1岁以上在探通 >3次成功率上与其它各组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 先天性泪囊炎探通的适宜年龄在 3月～

Objective To discuss about the age fit for congenital dacryocystitis by cannular-probing.Methods 812 cases(990 eyes)between 2 months and 12 years(average 5.9months)were divided in to 11 groups according to age,the different results after cannular-probing treatment between every two groups were analyzed respectively.Results There were distinguish difference in failure probing between<1 year and >1 year( P <0.05);8 months、10 months,which were distinguishly different in success by 3 times probing with the others( P <0.05);8 months、9 months、>1 year,which were distinguishly different in success by >3 times probing with the others( P <0.05).Conclusion 3 months～8 months is the age fit for congenial dacryocystitis by cannular-probing treament.
