摘要
目的:观察X刀不同剂量照射猫正常脑组织后的病理学改变。方法:用磁共振成像(MRI)T2加权扫描、光镜检查、电镜超微结构观察等方法,研究X刀不同剂量照射正常脑组织后,于不同时程所引起的放射反应。结果:照射后3月150Gy剂量,照射后6月100Gy剂量和150Gy剂量,MRIT2加权扫描观察到受照射脑组织出现类圆形高信号灶;30Gy剂量在1年观察时间内,光镜未见异常变化,但电镜下发现明确的病理改变。70Gy剂量在照射后3月出现照射反应。随照射后时间延长,照射脑组织反应呈进行性改变。结论:X刀不同剂量对猫正常脑组织照射,在不同时程内可引起多种形态的病理改变。
Objective:Toanalyze the histological effects of x-knife in normal brain and identify a doseresponse relationship.Methods:Fiveteen adult cats were divided into five groups(each group has three cats).One group is control,the rest four groups were treatment groups and received maximal doses of 30,70,100Gy,150Gy using the 10mm collimator of the Xknife,Each group were examined by MRI and then killed.Histopathlological changes were observed by microscope with HE stain and by electronic microscope Results:①high dose groups(100,150Gy)showed alteration in the T2 signal intensity on MRI.②The brain tissue irradiated with 30Gy had no change under microscopic examination at the interval of time but abnormal changes was found under electronic microxcope.③A lesion was produced in the 75Gy to 150Gy dose range and vary with tome. Conclusion:Tthe radiation effects develop over time and vary with dose.
