VEGF及其受体与大肠癌 被引量：5

摘要 血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及其受体在大肠癌组织和肿瘤血管内皮细胞都有高度表达。本文综述VEGF及其受体在大肠癌的表达、调控及对大肠癌诊断、治疗和预后评估中的作用。
