聚氧乙烯化脂肪醇RO(CH2CH2O)nH是一种广泛使用的表面活性剂,其性能与结构关系密切。目前,测定烷基R的链长分布多用化学降解-色谱法,手续繁琐费时,测定n值可用化学法或核磁共振法,但须已知烷基的平均链长。本文采用裂解色谱(HGC)法测定该类化合物的环氧乙烷平均加成数和疏水基同系物的分布,文献虽报道过有关工作,但具体定量方法叙述基少。
A pyrolysis gas chromatographic method has been investigated for determining the oxyethylene contents and the alkyl homolog distributions in polyoxyethylated alcohol surfactants. The samples are pyrolyzed in the presence of phosphoric acid by using a tube furnace pyrolyzer operated at 480°C. The hydrophobic group is fractured into defines and alcohols, and the hydrophilic group is fractured into acetaldehyde, dioxane and so on. These fragments are analyzed by GC on a column(2m×3mm) packed with 7%OV-17 on Gas Chrom Q (60-80 mesh). Quantitative ca lcu lation is based on the corrected areas of the fragment peaks.
