摘要
碘是人体和智力发展必需的微量元素。碘阴离子的测定一直是一项重要的课题。离子色谱测定碘离子是一种很好的方法。用阴离子交换物分离,用不同的检测器检测,往往保留时间较长,线性较差,峰形不对称,我们利用碘离子的强保留的特征,采用短分离柱,缩短了分离时间,线性和峰形均有所改善。 实验部分 (一)仪器与试剂 离子色谱仪(Dione 4000i),脉冲安培检测器(Dionex)。
The determination of iodide using ion chromatography with Ag electrode amperometric detection has been developed. The separation is in the anion exchange column (Dionex HPIC-AG4)and eluent consisting of 2.3mmol/L NaHCO3 and 2.8mmol/L NazCO3 at 2.0ml/min. The deteetion limit is 15ng/ml I. It is good in the linearity and precision. The interference of the other species is discussed. The method nas been applied to the analysis of iodide in iodized salt.
