摘要
血卟啉衍生物HPD溶液在盐溶液中稀释并避光放置时,其光谱特性发生明显变化,形成荧光发射峰在580 nm的新荧光物质(NPS)。有关NPS的研究已有一些报道,因此搞清NPS的组成和结构,研究NPS的形成对HPD光敏化作用的影响是很有意义的。
After HPD in sodium saline solution standing away from the light, NPS is formed. It shows an absorption/excitation peak at 403 nm, an emission peak at 580 nm. Its formation is strongly influenced by many factors, in particular, irradiation, temperature, pH, concentration and gases diluted in thesolution. NPS was tentatively identified as a complexing intermediate ------'thesitting-at top complex' formed by combining HPD with sodium ion in the solvent. The formation of NPS probably brings about unfavourable influence upon the photosensitive capacity of HPD in cancer tissues.
