用核磁共振二维谱分析吗啡的构型和氢键

Analysis of the Structure, Configuration and Hydrogen Bonding of Morphine by Two Dimensional NMR Spectroscopy

摘要 本文用核磁共振二维谱技术证明了吗啡质子谱的谱线归属和分子构型。用NOESY技术发现了溶剂分子与溶质分子之间形成氢键的空间构型。 Assignments of ^(13)C and ~1H spectra of morphine and codeine have been confirmed by heteronuclear chemical shift correlated and NOESY techniques. The configuration features of morphine were analysed, particularly the configuration of hydrogen bonding between the morphine nitrogen and the solvent impurity CHD_2OH. The NOESY experiments clearly showed the cross peaks between the proton of hydrogen bonding and the protons above the piperidine ring of morphine. These cross peaks imply that the hydrogen bonding is above the piperidine ring.
