摘要
本文筛选出锰的新指示反应,据此建立了一个有高灵敏和选择性的催化动力学分析法,并就反应动力学有关问题作了讨论。
A very sensitive eatalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination
of trace amounts of Mn(Ⅱ) is reported. It is a new indicator reaction based on the
decreasing in the absorbance of Cai·Red(OR) with hydrogen peroxide which is catalyzed
by Mn (Ⅱ) on heating in Clark-Lubs buffer solution (pH9.8). The reaction is first-
order in CR or Mn(Ⅱ) and the apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is
found to be 115.31k·J/mol. This method has been applied fo the determination of trace
amounts Mn(Ⅱ) in human hair and tap water. The coefficient variations are 4.95 and
5.63% respectively.
