从猪去氧胆酸合成了两个新的油菜甾醇内酯类似物2和3。它们的22-碳构型经其钼配合物的CD测定分别确定为R和S。

Two new brassinolide analogues 2 and 3 have been synthesized using hyodeoxycholic acid (4)as starting material (see scheme 1). The 22-C configuration of 2 and 3 was proved to be R and S by using in situ molybdenum complex of 2 and 3 from circular dichroism, respectively.
