玉柏石松的四环三萜成分研究

Studies on the Tetracyclic Triterpenes of Lycopodium Obscurum L.

玉柏石松（Lycopodium obscurum L.)为石松科石松属植物，在我国作伸筋草入药，具有舒筋活血，祛风通络的作用，主治风温性关节痛，四肢麻木，月经不调等症，前人曾从此植物中分得α－芒柄花萜醇（α-onocerin1)。我们从玉柏石松中除分得1外还分得两个四环三萜类化合物，经鉴定分别为26－失碳－8－氧代-α－芒柄花萜醇（26－nor-8-oxo-α-onocerin2)和26，27－双失碳－8，14－二氧代－α－芒柄花萜醇（26，27-bisnor-8,14-dioxo-α-onocerin3)。2为新化合物，3是首次从自然界分得。本文报道它们的化学结构。

Three tetracyclic triterpenes (1--3) were isolated from Lycopodium obscurum L. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis as well as chemical and other physical properties, these compounds were identified as: α-onocerin(1), 26-nor-8-oxo-α-onocerin (2) and 26, 27- bisnor-8, 14-dioxo-α-onocerin (3) respectively. Among them, 2 is a new compound and 3 is first isolated from plants. The structures of 2 and 3 were confirmed by their for mation from the ozonolysis of 1.
