摘要
将石墨炉作为蒸发器与ICP-AES联用,改善其检出限并赋予微量体积样品分析的能力。用自己组装的仪器,选择了等离子体和石墨炉各自最佳操作参数。结果表明,取样量为10μL时,大多数元素的检出限达μg/L级;相对标准偏差5%;线性范围达4个数量级。
An instrument system is described in which a graphite furnace electrothermal vaporization device is used for the .introduction of microlitre liquid sample into an inductively coupled plasma. The appratus is equipped with home-made ones. Under the optimum operating condition for ICP excitation and graphite furnace evaporation, the detection limits are at sub-nanogram level with linear dynamic ranges of over four orders of magnitude for nine elements. The RSD are better than 5%.
