摘要
研究了在表面活性剂存在下,钒(V)与硫氰酸盐和结晶紫、孔雀绿、灿烂绿、甲基紫及维多利亚蓝4R等碱性三芳基甲烷染料形成离子缔合物的显色反应.讨论了钒(V)-硫氰酸盐-结晶紫-阿拉伯树胶体系的反应条件和分析特性。摩尔吸光系数为2.55×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).此法可用于铝合金中微量钒的测定。
The colour reactions of the vanadium ( V ) with thiocyanate and basic triarylmethane dyes such as crystal violet, malachite green, brilliant green, methyl violet and victoria blue 4R in the presence of some surface active agents in aqueous solution were investigated. The reaction conditions and analytical characteristics of the system of vanadium ( V )-thiocyanate-Crystal violet-arabic gum were studied in detail. This colour reaction has a very high sensitivity (ε530=2. 55 × 10s L.mol-1.cm-1) and a favourable selectivity and so can be applied to spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of vanadium in aluminium alloy.
