Studies on Synthesis, Characterization and Structure of the Coordination Compounds, [(C_12H_(24)O_6)NH_4]_2UO_2(NCS)_4H_2O and [(C_(12)H_(24)O_6)K]_2UO_2(NCS)_4H_2O

本文报道了硫氰酸铀酰(18-冠-6)铵和硫氰酸铀酰(18-冠-6)钾两种固体配合物的合成。由测定其物理常数及谱学数据,确定了配合物的组成为[(C_(12)H_(24)O_6)M]_2UO_2(NCS)_4H_2O(M=NH_4,K)。X射线结构分析确定了两种单晶的结构。铵配合物属正交晶系,空间群为Fdd2,钾配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c。

This paper reports the preparation of solid and single crystal title complexes and determination of their composition, IR, UV spectra and the solubility behaviour of the complexes in some organic solvents. The structures of the title compounds were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The first complex: orthorhombic system, space group Fdd2. The second complex: monoclinic system, space group C2/o.
