摘要
考察了制备方法对掺杂Fe2 O3 ,ZrO2 或SnO2 的TiO2 纳米粉的XRD谱及催化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,用共沉淀法制备的Fe2 O3 ·TiO2 对其XRD谱强度的影响较大 ,而负载法制备Fe2 O3 /TiO2 对其XRD谱的强度无影响 ;两种方法制备的掺杂ZrO2 或SnO2 的TiO2 样品对XRD谱均无影响 .TEM结果表明 ,TiO2 纳米粉的晶粒均匀 ,粒径为 14~ 18nm .苯酚水溶液的光催化氧化分解反应结果表明 ,与TiO2 样品相比 ,负载型Fe2 O3 /TiO2 的催化活性明显较高 ,但ZrO2 /TiO2 ,SnO2 /TiO2 和共沉淀型Fe2 O3 ·TiO2 的催化活性变化不大 .可以认为 ,对掺杂Fe2 O3 的TiO2 催化剂 ,负载法是较好的制备方法 .
The Fe2O3-, ZrO2- and SnO2-doped TiO2 nanopowders were prepared by two kinds of method, coprecipitation and impregnation, and studied by XRD and TEM techniques. The photocatalytic activity of the doped TiO2 nanopowders for degradation of phenol in aqueous solution was measured by means of UV spectroscopy. It was found that the Fe content had effect on XRD intensity of (Fe2O3TiO2)-Ti-. sample prepared by coprecipitation method, but had no effect on that of Fe2O3/TiO2 sample prepared by impregnation method. The results of XRD and TEM showed that the particle size is in the range of 14 similar to IS rim. The photocatalytic activity of Fe2O3/TiO2 sample for phenol degradation was higher than that of (Fe2O3TiO2)-Ti-. sample and ZrO2-, SnO2-doped TiO2 samples. The optimal Fe content is n(Fe)/n(Ti) = 0.005.
