摘要 利用自己研制的巯基壳聚糖对Pb2 +和Cd2 +具有良好的吸附效果这一特性 ,建立了巯基壳聚糖分离富集原子吸收光谱法测定天然水体中Pb2 +和Cd2 +的新方法 ,研究了最佳吸附和脱附条件 ,该法对Pb2 +和Cd2 +的准确检测下限可达到1.00μg/L和0.050μg/L。回收率分别达到96.5 %和97.6 %。该法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,用于实际水样的测定取得了满意的结果。 A new method for the determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+ in natural water by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy with sulfhydryl chitosan enrichment was established, based on the good adsorption property of self _ made sulfhydryl chitosan for Pb2+ and Cd2+. The optimum conditions of adsorption and desorption for Pb2+ and Cd2+ were studied. The lower limits of detectability of the method for Pb2+ and Cd2+ are 1.00 μg/L and 0.050 μg/L, while recoveries are 96.5% and 97.6%, respectively. The method is sensitive and selective, and was applied to determine practical water samples with satisfactory results.
