摘要
基于增敏剂吐温 - 80存在下亚硝酸根催化过氧化氢氧化中性红的反应 ,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化动力学光度法。方法的灵敏度较常规方法提高了 2 .2倍 ,测定的线性范围为 2~ 1 0 μg/L,检出限为 2 .7× 1 0 - 10 g/m L。已用于测定水样中 NO2 -
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace NO 2 - was developed. The method was based on the oxidation of neutral red by H 2O 2 catalyzied by NO - 2 in the presence of Tween 80. Because of the addition of Tween 80, the sensitivity was raised by 2.2 times. The linear range of determination is 2~12 μg/L with detection limit of 2.7×10 -10 g/mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace NO 2 - in water samples.
