摘要
采用提拉法生长出钨酸钕Nd2 (WO4) 3 单晶。通过光谱测试确定了Nd3 + 的能级结构 ,采用波长为 80 8nm激光二极管作为激发光源 ,室温下观测到 45 7和 6 5 7nm两个波段的上转换荧光 ,分别相应于2 D5 /2 →4I1 1 /2 和2 G7/2 →4I9/2 跃迁 ,45 7和 6 5 7nm处的上转换荧光强度与激发光功率分别成线性关系和平方关系。
The neodymium tungstate single crystals Nd 2(WO 4) 3 were grown by Czochralski method. The energy levels of Nd 3+ were defined by spectra of crystal. 457 and 657 nm upconversion luminescence of the crystals excited by laser diodes with 808 nm wavelength was observed in correspondence with transition 2D 5/2 → 4I 11/2 and 2G 7/2 → 4I 9/2 , respectively. Intensity of upconversion fluorescence at 457 nm is linear with power of excited light, but the intensity at 657 nm is proportional to the square of the excited light power.
