大豆耐阴性研究Ⅹ:不同耐阴性大豆叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重研究 被引量:23

摘要 耐阴大豆比不耐阴大豆的叶片叶绿素含量高,且富含叶绿素b,单位叶面积鲜重(VLW)和干重(SLW)较低,表现出阴生植物的特性。大豆间作后,两种类型大豆叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶鲜重和叶干重降低,变异增大。从开花至鼓粒期,间作大豆不耐阴品种叶绿素含量和单作大豆一样逐渐下降,但耐阴品种则由于叶绿素b含量的迅速增加,导致总含量(a+b)呈上升趋势。其比叶重(SLW)也由开花期低于不耐阴品种变化到鼓粒期高于不耐阴品种。 The leaf chlorophyll content was higher, chl.b was relative richer, especially, the unit leaf area fresh weight (U.L.W) and specific leaf dry weight (S.U.W) were lower in shadeedurant soybean than ones in shade-non-edurant soybean. It showed to have characteristics of shade plant. During the soybean were undersowing, the chlorophyll content raised, U.L.W and S.L.W reduced, and variate of them were greater to check monoculture for two type soy-bean varieties. But from flowering to pod filling phase, the chlorophyll content was kept as frend of drop as monoculture for shade-non-edurant type soybean, on the contary, for shadeedurant type soybean, chl. b content raised rapidly, so that chl. (a+b) content raised lightly. That its S.L.W was lower from flowering than shadenon-edurant one was getting higher from pod filling than that one.
